Shipping policy

Incorrect Address: Log into the website with the email used to place your order and adjust shipping address.

 

We are a small business and orders may be delayed due to viral products. You will be prompted with an order tracking number upon purchase and if you have any further questions please send an email to heybabe@ginnecarow.com

Hats/Jewelry - 3-5 business days for order to be processed

LOST PACKAGES 
Ginneca Row is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. 

In the unfortunate event that your package has not been received after delivery confirmation, please contact USPS to initiate a claim. This will prompt them to investigate the delivery and locate your package. Should they conclude that your package is lost, please send the claim status to heybabe@ginnecarow.com where we will assist with a resolution.

*All claims must be processed within a week of the delivery confirmation.

 

Ginneca Row is not responsible for packages lost in transit, misdelivered, or stolen with a confirmed delivery notification to the shipping address.
