Processing
Orders ship from Long Beach, California within 1 to 3 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

Changing your address
Open your order from the confirmation email or your account and tap Edit shipping address. It's available until your order is fulfilled. After that, the address is locked.

Delivered but not there?
Check with neighbours, your building or your mailroom first. If it's still missing 48 hours after the delivery scan, tell us at ginnecarow.com/pages/help within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement.

Returns
We send a prepaid USPS return label on every return. See our return policy for the rest.
