RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not in love your product or it is a sizing issue, I will make it right.

Option 1-Store Credit: Send an email to ginnecarow@gmail.com, keep your product, and I will provide you full value spent in store credit. 

Option 2- Return Product: You can send returns within 30 days of receiving your products addressed to: Ginneca Row 3827 Frances Ave, unit 501, Los Angeles, CA, 90066.I will process your return within 10 business days of receiving your product. 

Any products damaged in transit will receive store credit.
