*We are not responsible for incorrect address issues or failed deliveries by USPS. W We will attempt to accommodate you but have not financial obligation for customer caused issues.

You have 14days from the delivery date to exchange or return items. Items must be in original condition - any stains on hats or apparel will not be refunded.

Log into the website with the email used to place the order and manage your return.
Exchanges/Store Credit: Send an email to heybabe@ginnecarow.com with what products you would like in exchange and we will send you a return label and we will provide you full value spent in store credit directly to your account. When you want to use your store credit, simply log into the website with your email and you will see your account credit. Exchanges are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS - Only store credit and the return fee will be waived.
***Orders that are lost/damaged in transit will receive 1 replacement order or store credit. Replacement orders are FINAL SALE. This policy protects our small business from order and chargeback fraud.
Return processing occurs within 10 business days of receiving your product. Any products damaged or lost in transit will receive store credit.
LOST PACKAGES
Ginneca Row is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
In the unfortunate event that your package has not been received after delivery confirmation, please contact USPS to initiate a claim. This will prompt them to investigate the delivery and locate your package. Should they conclude that your package is lost, please send the claim status to heybabe@ginnecarow.com where we will assist with a resolution.
*All claims must be processed within a week of the delivery confirmation.
Ginneca Row is not responsible for packages lost in transit, mis delivered, or stolen with a confirmed delivery notification to the shipping address.
